Announcing an important change to our courier delivery service.
Effective immediately, all High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) and Edging carried by New Zealand Courier will be moving to Toll Parcels. This is due to a cessation of service by New Zealand Couriers.
What does this mean for you?
North Island
Firstly, you will be seeing a new courier van delivering your parcels.
Secondly, cut off and transport times for HPL and Edging have changed. For North Island, including Auckland, HPL and Edging dispatched from our Auckland DC will now be delivered next day. Same day delivery for Auckland is no longer available. Additionally, order cut offs will change from 2:30pm to 1pm.

Secondly, cut off and transport times for HPL and Edging have changed:

Where transport times have increased, we will be seeking options to improve in the future. In the meantime, we are increasing stockholdings in our Christchurch DC.
