Introducing Surround by Laminex
Surround by Laminex panels are a ready-made, pre-primed surface product designed for fast and easy installation.
Step 1: Planning
Before installing panels, consult the Fabrication & Installation Manual for product instructions and a list of basic equipment required.
Preparing your surface is vital to the correct installation of Surround by Laminex panels. The Fabrication and Installation Manual provides instructions specific to your chosen environment and product.
Step 3: Installation
Connect panels together using the simple tongue and groove system, then fix to a plasterboard, timber, or steel surface. In some instances, you may need to consult a qualified tradesperson.
Step 4: Finishes
Surround by Laminex decorative panels are pre-primed (face only) with a water based paint. Fill in nail holes, lightly sand entire sheet, then paint with your colour of choice. Refer to the Fabrication and Installation Manual for painting preparation.
Follow all paint manufacturer’s directions , including checking if the pre-finished base primer is suitable for the intended painted finish.
